Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke said during an interview that aired last night on CBS' 60 Minutes that the United States recession will probably end this year. Former Treasure Secretary Henry Paulson said in July, 2008 that the US banking system is sound and the fundamentals of the economy are strong. Just sayin'.
