Star athletes aren't the only celebrity types lacking financial discipline these days. Annie Leibovitz, rich and famous from a career of high concept photography for big money clients like Vanity Fair and Louis Vuitton, owes nearly $25 million to lender Art Capital Group. At stake, Leibovitz's entire archive of negatives and rights to her iconic images as well as prime New York real estate. Not surprisingly, Hunter S. Thompson, whom Leibovitz worked with at during her early days at Rolling Stone, is to blame.
