FutureSexLoveSounds is fairly subtle in its pseudo-male posturing, and only becomes clear after many, many listens, that Justin Timberlake is one fragile man, scorned and out for blood. The most immediate illustration is in the vignette following Lovestoned. I Think She Knows acutely straddles that glorious line between male aggression and vulnerability. It's Timberlake's epic moment in pop. And whoever She is, she probably knows he's gay. That, or given that the song is less than than two and a half minutes-the same amount of time a man fears premature ejaculation when making love to the woman of his dreams-she probably knows he came to quick. Either way, he's fucked.
