Has anyone seen this car? Or the Brazilian driving it?
On December 4, 2008, a silver 1998 Honda Civic hatchback was stolen in Chicago. The rear window of which contains a parade of stickers, including the Brazilian flag and another that reads, "University of Wisconsin - Alumni". Dozens upon dozens of Mardi Gras beads can be seen hanging precariously upon its rear view mirror as an eclectic mix of early 90's era pop punk and jazz plays on its custom sound system. (That or a continuous loop of "River" by Herbie Hancock and Corinne Bailey Rae.) Its owners are urging the responsible party to resign themselves from the vehicle. Authorities have not identified any suspects, but believe the Civic may soon be optioned to the highest bidder in a 'pay to play' scenario.
