Swingers is so perceptive of its culture. It's one of the more endearing films of the 90s. Scenes like the above are instantly relatable to anyone who's ever crawled into a Denny's following an evening of too many Jack and Cokes. At 3am, little else says first aid like 'eggs and hashbrowns - double covered and smothered'.
