Wisconsin is on the verge of passing a state-wide smoking ban in most public places. Opponents argue the proposed law is an affront to civil liberties and will bring a string business closures. Supporters say the move would save lives and reduce taxes needed for health care costs. Me? That scene is a good idea what it's like to barhop in Wisconsin during the dead of winter.
